About us

Golden Employment Group, Inc. originally founded in 1996 to satisfy a growing demand of temporary labor force in the Twin Cities metro area.

Golden Employment Group, Inc. is designed to identify and select the best-qualified applicants. We are managed and staffed by professionals who have many years of experience in private industry in operations, productions, and human resources; and who through their own experiences can help clients understand and fully utilize our services. We are locally owned and a leader in the temporary staffing industry.

Our team of managers and staff are committed to your company and will remain active at all levels during the implementation of our programs. We administer a quarterly evaluation, besides holding daily/weekly conversations on employee place-ments, so we can get an accurate measurement of our performance. This process will keep our management and staff up to date on current and future staffing needs.

All of the Golden Employment Group, Inc. employees carry our guarantee of satisfaction. If our employee does not measure up to your standards, and you call within the first four hours of the assignment, you will not be charged for that time.
